Creating an Application for Admission
Thank you for your interest in Seton Catholic Preparatory High School!
The Mission of Seton Catholic Prep is to provide a college preparatory curriculum within a Catholic faith community focusing on academic excellence, leadership and loving service to others. In keeping with the Mission Statement of Seton Catholic Prep and the goals for Catholic Schools for the Diocese of Phoenix, the admission policy fosters and maintains both the Catholicity and the diversity of the Seton Catholic Prep community.
When to Apply
Applications are currently being accepted for the 2014-15 school year, and decisions will be made on a rolling basis once the application is complete. A completed application includes: the online parent application, the student essay, results from the High School Placement Test (HSPT), completed confidential teacher recommendation forms, information from the current school including most recent grades, a family interview, and the $75 application fee. Once that information is submitted, then the file is considered complete and an admission decision may be made.
Creating an Online Application
To begin the Online Application process, select Create an Account from the menu above.
Then log into your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. Please make a note of your password; this will allow you to log in and out of your account to access your open application and see what application information has been submitted. It is also in the online application where you will be able to print the confidential teacher recommendation forms that you need to take to your child's current school. Ask the school to complete the forms and return them to the Seton Admission Office - our address may be found on each form.
